This girl is the best model EVER...imagine that, a toddler that actually earns her keep! I just love how crisp everything came out here, and the background was so dark it just vanished with a minor adjustment. Those green eyes are so amazing.

For my Digital Photography course at AAU, I am supposed to take one image that captures "A day in the life" of Hot Springs. This is gonna be tricky, this place has SO much character----and so many characters! Here are the first 4 that I've liked from my trip to town yesterday.....more on the way soon. The theme here is "Things that are always there."

I promise, i'm going to get out of the house and shoot some new stuff---SOON! I have an assignment for a class to photograph a "day in the life" of Hot Springs. I can only submit one for critique/grading but I will post all my favorite attempts here....maybe you can help me pick the best one! You can leave comments on any of these posts, btw...

3 generations of Allisons

I haven't been getting out to shoot much, but I did get a few nice portraits the other night when Meko's dad came over. Here's grandpa, dad, and zoe....three generations.
